Classroom Management Plan

During the class time, I will play videos to explain certain topics.
In this way, the instruction can be fun and it will not just be direct instruction. Also, It can accommodate different learning styles.
Rather than paper, there will be popsicle sticks with students' names in the go-around cup, I will use it to pick students randomly to answer questions.
This cup will help me create a fair learning environment, and also make students engage during the class since they don't know who will be called.
